About me and my passion for cars
From a racing family that goes all the way back to fairground roadster racing both B4 and after WWII. Fairground racing, Dirt Track Stock Car, Drag racing. Hell even slot cars and Soap Box Derby’s. Rode Harleys and Triumphs most of my adult life. I no longer ride or race now, but still miss it. I am no newbie but no pro either. Remember when all of your friends got married and quit cars? I didn’t, My wife got her lic. in a 1967 Firebird convert w a built 455 and her first ticket in a 1958 Belair w a 348 and trips. At the same time I drove a Impala 427SS as a daily family car. This was in 1984. With some 300+ cars as a hobby career total since 1968. From Model A’s to the 40’s ,50’s,60’s and up to a ‘79 monte. (About as new as I care to go). I did have to slow down now because of my poor health. BUT I am still doing cars not as a bussiness, but because I enjoy the build ,I’ll put up a few pics of my old cars. ;D
