trouble entering motortopia


I always have had problems occasionaly with being able to enter motortopia and if i do occasionaly when i click to an next page im booted off.

And resently its been really bad, one page i will be fine and then the next page it will say its an bad web address, thats why i havent been on here much for the last month.

I dont have ANY problems with any other websites that im on all the time, it just appears to be motortopia. Could somebody help? Thanks!

off-road look or not?

well lately iv been thinking of if i want to go pretty much purely mroe of an total luxury look (all i really need is some chrome wheels and other small stuff) for the durango or the offroad look. I already have some decently mean looking tires for the durango and i LOVED how big i felt in the expedition, i just dont feel IN CHARGE with the durango.

I'll start off with maybe just an 2 or 3in lift at the most, nothing bigger as i dont want an total off road look, i just want to look mean. If i do decide to do the more off road look i'll start off with an small lift, and then possilbly an brush guard or bull bar and 2 larger off road lights on the grill. I will still add chrome wheels so i dont make an total just off road look, i still want the truck to be classy. So what are your thoughts?

So basically should i just make the truck look classy or should i make the truck look classy And look like an off road beast?

Could anyone possibly photoshop an pic with an say 3in lift?

Well being that my odometer has only 5 digets it only goes up to 99,999. Well iv always thought my camaro had just 27k miles well i just found out today its actually 127k...

I had an friend on TGO do an carfax for me and yep, 127k miles. I litterly though i was going to baurf when i read that as its soooo many more miles. Its really not that bad but its just such an diffrence.

Sorry i just had to vent.

Well i guess theres an possibility that there is an larger engine or mods being as the car seems much much more stronger compared to other 305tpi's but still though :(

I NEED HELP! deciding between 40's or 50's


well im the runner up in the challenges behind corvair Jim (congrats!) and so i now got the chance to pick between either 40's 44's or 50's. Im having a tough decision between 40's or 50's for the durango (i may actually use one of the muffler for the camaro or sell it off for money towards the camaro's exhuast) anyone got an reccomendation between the 2? What would the sound diffrence be between the 2? I want a nice deep rumble to the exhuast and have it be a bit louder then stock but i dont wanna be annoyed by it when sitting in traffic. I also want the least drone/rasp possible. Most seem to reccomend 50's but others say 40's. Does anyone know if i could pick 1 of each? Help please!

challenges with my durango


iv been in a few challenges with my durango recently, and i think i have lost all of them or nearly all. I honestly cant understand why, my rig is pure mint and i have decent pictures and plenty of info. I'm losing against suv's/pick ups that have seen better days and usually only have a picture or two and have very limited info. Anyone?

early 2000's bmw 3series


Ok recently i rode in my friends 2002? bmw 325i awd. it's grey with black/wood interior, not sure on options but it has an sunroof.

anyhow i was really dissapointed in the bmw. everyone says how these german cars use the greatest material for there interior and etc.

well atleast with this interior it was very cheap, it was small, the door panels were plastic made to look like leather when my durango's are rubber/leather, the seats were a cheap vinyl, the ac SUCKED, there was no rear ac, and a few more things i cant think of.

all unlike my durango that has 3rd row a/c, fairly decent a/c, good quality leather, and again limited plastic.

what i liked about the bmw interior - it had very neat radio, instrumental, etc lights, was EXTREMELY quite, and i liked the sunroof.

about the rest, the car was pretty gutless, atleast from down low, i might just be used to the durangos torque pull though. also wanted to add the engine is very quite and same with the exhuast, this is good for a cruiser but i couldnt hear the exhuast PERIOD.

i dont think the car stands up to the bmw name, other then the quite/soft ride. to say the least i was very dissapointed. there nice but i dont think its worth to pay thousands more for the bmw name. IM STICKING TO AMERICAN!

mustang saleen vs dodge durango vs pt cruiser

ok first off this was not a race (sadily) this was a 3 car accident. ok i was coming down a main road and happen to noticed a mustang saleen and was talking to myself about it in my head and well i came to a stop light with no one behind me and a few in front and tottaly forgot about the mustang and I just got to a complete stop and happen to look in my rear view and see this black mustang come shooting at me from the rear i got myself prepared for the wreck and about a sec later BAM I flew foward a bit and hit a pt cruiser infront of be but luckily not as hard but not like i expected.

I jump out of the durango and see the whole saleene's front end about 5 feet from the car and it hissin out air and pissin out coolant. i look at the rear bumper on the durango ready to expect it being toren in half but was lucky to find just the dodge trailer hitch cover litterly ripped in half and the driver side of the rear bumper dented in at sections and the whole bumper scratched up then i checked to see if everyone was ok and yes they were so i checked the front end and the bumper was a little messed up there was a small spider web crack in the paint and the liscence plate handing down and some scrapes but nothing huge but the pt cruiser in front had a huge crack on top of the rear bumper.

i was shaking in shock but was glad everyone was ok. and i was AMAZED the rear of the durango wasnt ripped in half because the mustang was doing a good 60mph in 40mph zone because i rember about a quarter mile down the road seeing the mustang going very slow about 10mph so she must of steeped on it trying get to the light because it defintly was no 40mph. and when we all got out she ( the driver of the saleen) even admited she wasnt paying attention. Im amazed still that so little damage was done to the durango from what i could tell nothing was done to the underbody but when i was leaving a parking lot i heard a loud screech like in the front suspension and the seat belt was kinda coming apart but the rear bumper did highly absorb the inpact because I kinda just rolled into the pt cruiser and the mustang literly bounced back about 10-15 feet with the front end about 5feet from the durango and from the car itself.

im just blessing my lucky stars that everyone was ok and nothing to bad happened. The mustang i belive is totaled and im getting the durango repaired hopefully tomorrow. It makes me still sick though to look at all the care iv put into the durango and to see it all wrecked up and same with the mustang you know its gonna be sent to a junkyard to be crushed. wish me luck that nothing to bad has happened to the durango and sorry about the long post. thank you. btw the mustang was a new edge 99-04 black mustang saleen very beautiful car though and hate to see it ripped apart.

also along with the ripped off front end, coolant shooting out, the hood also was literly ripped like paper in spots. shows how well todays vehicles are made.

also i found out that the frame is bent into a triangle shape, radiator is smashed, ac is crushed, tranny oil crushed, and some other odds and ends that i cant remember.
