About me and my passion for cars

I first got hooked on cars through local Solo 2 autocrossing, which I still enjoy. I drove my first road course at SRT Nationals last summer, and plan to go again this year. It's addictive! I like to keep my car as close to stock in appearance as possible, with a few goodies here and there. No big body kits for me. I like keeping the original integrity intact.

My first car

My first car was a 1990 Ford Probe LX. It was Rio Red with grey interior, and unfortunately, was an automatic. It had the 3.0 V6 though, which was nice, and the car treated me well overall. I hated those pop up headlights in the winter though! I must thank my family at Probetalk.com for forever feeding my interest in cars. I stumbled upon that website when looking for an answer to an oil pressure gauge problem shortly after buying the car, and have been a member ever since! The annual meetings at Myrtle Beach really bring it all home, and we will all be friends into old age!

Car I wish I still had

Well, the Probe is the only other car I've owned that I don't have anymore...so we'll wait on this one. She lived a good life.

My dream car

Theoretically? An Aston Martin DBS. MMMMMmmmm. It's sex on wheels.

Somewhat more realistically? I'd love to get my hands on a black Infiniti G35. They're hot, and would be a blast to drive.

If I had to buy one now? I'd pretty heavily consider a GTI..and then turbo the R/T.

The R/T will always be my fun car...
