Now that the initial excitement has worn off a bit, it's time to start thinking about what needs to be done. Bad timing on my part, as winter's on the way and I'm stuck in work and school 6 days out of the week.

First item that needs to be addressed: rust, and I'm not looking forward to it. Gotta pull the vinyl top off, see how bad it looks under there, and get my brother to pull out the windshield and rear window. I know there's rust in the channels, I just don't know how much. After reading other peoples' experiences with vinyl tops and hidden rust, I'm feeling a little apprehensive. Have to get cracking on that though, since she's basically going to be sitting outside this winter and she's already got pinholes starting.

Exciting note: got the original radio from the previous owner! It's sitting in a box in my bedroom right now. Don't know yet if it works or not, though.
