I just finish installing the D&D slip on exhaust (517-12B) for my 2006 Stratoliner. Wow, what a difference in sound and low end power. For the price I would recommend this to anyone!! All said and done, this unit cost me $300.00 shipped to my door.
The first thing I noticed was the nice Low rumble it produced at idle, then the during cruising, not to loud and to to quiet, but wow, open the throttle and you get loud deep rich roar...I love it!!!! Also, I did notice that the "popping" that Strat's get with the stock exhaust during deceleration is not much of an issue with this new exhaust. All in All, 5 stars for me!!
