Description: My local club, Classic Camaro of Central Florida, had the opportunity to go to the Daytona 500 this past Sunday and be apart of a Camaro Display GM and the Speedway put on as the new 2010 Camaro was the pace car for the race. We were able to drive 1.5 laps around the track early morning and park in the Nationwide Garage area right behind the infield tower and Victory Lane. Once inside, we had the chance to examine the pace car, a 2010 SS coupe, which was driven later in the day by Tom Cruise for the race. What an awesome experience!
