I never have trusted the "mini" jacks. Even at two tons, thats 4000 pounds. My 78 T/A is listed at 4200 pounds on the registration. I use a full size 3 ton jack. You just have to pull up on the front fenders to get the jack under the front.

didnt you know that the two ton capacity is over the life of the jck not all at once. lol glad your ok

I purchase aluminum racing jacks from Harbor Freight. I catch them on sale for around $79.00. I really like them.
