1995 Suzuki RF600R (CR2)

A friend of mine owned several bikes between him and his dad. They knew I was looking for another. (I got my first sport bike from them too, a 1994 katana). I traded a German K98 8mm rifle that I had picked up for $100 for the bike. The motor on the bike had overheated and locked up. When I got it home I somehow came up with the idea that if it locked up going forward maybe if I got it rolling fast enough backwards and slammed it into gear it might unlock. I put a little marvel mystery oil into each sparkplug hole. On the third attempt as I rolled backwards I threw it up into second gear. When I came to a stop it actually turned over a few times. I choked it and it cranked. It ran great. It only had a slight tick at idle but ran strong when on the throttle. I eventually replaced the engine anyway though.
This is my second sport bike.
932cc 130hp engine, chromed brackets (hope to chrome frame, swing arm, and wheels soon) new faring set, new bolts, bearing, bushings, and chain/sprocket set.
