that's right I'm giving away a brand new 2008 candy apple red mustang. I'm the head of fundraising for the Belmont Area Parks and Recreation and this is our first annual car raffle. we are only selling 350 tickets at a cost of 100 dollars each. all ticket cost are 100% tax deductible as we are an IRS 501c3 certified not for profit organization.
