454
Oct 25, 2009 | Views: 47
I have recently become aquainted with a guy that has a 67 camaro with a 454 that has been bored over. He is wanting to put a SBC into the car, a big SBC not a 305 or 350. I plan on buying the motor off of him and put it into my car. I am just curious though if a 454 will bolt up to my th350 and the motor mounts and what small changes I might have to make. and how much should I offer for the motor.

light kit
Sep 24, 2009 | Views: 36
I was surfing the net looking for an after market HID kit for my car...I ended up finding some for really outrageous prices. I also found a headlight kit that had a "Halo" concept to them...and let me tell you I got it...pretty cheap too on ebay. I paid $28 total for the kit. $16 for the parts and $12 for the shipping...now, it looks nothing like the Halos on the new Camaros but its still a really sweet after market addition for a 31 year old car i think. I cant wait till the kit gets here...I hope it looks great!!!

Engine Restoration
May 6, 2009 | Views: 104
I have started the restoration process on my engine. It is all going quite well, the cleaning process took about 3 days...if you can imagine 1/4 inch layer of oil and crap all over the block, that is why. I am currently half way done with the process thanks to my boyfriend for all of his help. All we have to do is finish putting it together, paint the block and the heads, and put it back in the car. Just about everything else has been painted...including half of my hand haha. I cant wait till its finished...I miss my car!

2010 Camaro
May 3, 2009 | Views: 121
I was going to eat lunch at Sonny's, when driving by the Bennet dealership, a car caught my eye. I looked to see that is was a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro RS 2LT. It was beautiful, but I didnt stop to look at it. Later on I went to the local mall, also known as Walmart to get some apples and some carb cleaner, I told the guys I work with that there was a new Camaro in town. They were shocked. After I left the 'mall' I went to the dealership, and looked at this magnificent car. I live in a fairly small town so obviously news travels fast. I think the car was about $40k...i don't remember. I also think it only had a V6 in it. Either way it was a beautiful car. and the first one in Camden that I know of.
