Here the bunch of piece of 1/8 x2" OD header piping and flanges I bought off of E-bay. I melted the 20 gauge piping I original used seems these rotary's run extremely hot. At highway speed it red hot for about the first 18 inches and actually cause the thin gauge metal to melt the first 90* elbow. In all years I've never seen anything like it, good thing I spent all that money on the 2000* heat shield other I would have burnt it to the ground! I'll post a pic of the finished header once it's complete.
