By 84supersport

As of September this year the SS is daily duty retired. I finally blew up the th350c after beating on it for five years. Instead of fixing it immediatly I decided to retire ot and bought myself a new daily so that I could get down to business and getting some stuff done to the SS and not have to worry about having it to drive to work on Monday.

The 275s are on and the car looks SSweet!!! It's snowing right now so no pics but I will take some if the snow lets up some this afternoon. It looks so mean now its unreal. The rake is incredible! Only downside is that now the little tuner guys won't leave me alone. They all want some.

I finished up a couple days ago but she's done. Finally! It took me five days to do it but its all done and she looks fine. Monte Carlo SS's are THE sexiest cars around.

...disasemble. Everythings apart, had a bolt on each side on the lower control arms that gave me some problems but everythings out and taken apart. I just have to wait for my buddy Jason to get back from playing with the fancy guns at the army thing tomorrow (he just joined the National Guard) so that we can go up to his work and press in all my new rubber parts, then she's back together sitting 3" inches closer to the ground. Then it's time for new tires.

Whooot!!!!!

Got my springs in the mail, finally! Putting in for a weekend off so that I can put all the new goodies on. Also getting new tires, getting the hook up from my good buddy Albert at Saturn(Blah!) and getting a decent discount. Getting some 275s for the back and some 225s for the front. Also, taking my nasty old purple tint off tonight!

I'm finally getting around to doing some work on the car. I have two boxes sitting in my room full of parts including everything to rebuild my front suspension and a new headlight bucket. I had also planned on lowering the front end while I was at it too. I ordered some 3" lowering springs from Original Parts Group on September 9th. Out of Stock. What Bull ****! I recieved an email AFTER I had already ordered them stating that they were out of stock and that they would be in stock within 30 days. If I don't here anything back by October 9th i'm going to be calling them up and bitching like a woman. Then i'm goign to cancel the order and order some Hotchkis or Eibachs I guess, not the drop I wanted but what can you do, right?
