Anyway today I pulled the manifolds and heads off the 392. The engine is stuck but it doesn't look to bad. I think only 2 cyl are the problem. Valve train looks great.
I think I am going to put the block in a drum of diesel fuel to see if this will free it up.
If anyone has any suggestions I am open for help here.
I left the engine mounted in the frame for the time being. Next stem I will work at getting it out of the frame and pull the bottom off. Hope everything is good.
