2009 TA Nats

Hey everybody!!! I am back.
Last year I made an attempt to try and get every motortopian I could find at the nats to get their picture taken with their car. I missed a few and gained a few new members. It was suggested that I try to coordinate a place and time to try and get everyone together this year.
Please post some suggestions. It would be awesome if we cups cruise to the Tipp City cruise in together, but I know that will be hard. Bt it would make for an awesome video opportunity. Anyhow, please make suggestions and see if we can't get something worked out. Last year I took over 1000 pix. This year I will have a car, sa maybe not as many, but I still want to try and get all the motortopians into 1 album.
Looking forward to getting back in touch with all of you.

- Ok, i know my club is going to bring up 8-12 cars, and for thos eof you who have posted here, thank you. I am in the process of trying to get some info on where we could do a group shot. Can those of you who have posted let me know of others from motortopia that will be there. This way i can try to put together some kind of a list.
Also, if there are any of you who know the area, please inform me of any good ares to do a photo shoot with cars and some friends. Maybe a nice park or cool looking resturaunt front or old timey gas station. Any help here will be appreciated.
Getting excited, and looking forward to seeing you gals and guys again.

- I checked out the new hotel last year, and the parking lot(s) are huge and enough to accommodate several cars for a group shot. I'm staying at the Fairfield Inn again this year, so call me Matt when you all arrive: 240-305-1978.

- Hey, dude! This year speak up and let folks know who you are. I was sitting out there with a couple of more motortipians last year under "the tree" when you came and dragged a couple of them off for pics with their cars. The rest of us didn't know it was you until we saw the pics posted later. Don't be bashful this year -- we know a lot of folks by screen IDs, but not so much in person!

- Hey rev, I remember that being tossed around last year, this is a little different in that this is an event and cruise that is all set up and this is the 25th year. Where the biggest difference is, there are probably 50-75 members or maybe even mire that are already attending this event. All I am trying to do is get us together while we are there. It would be really hard to accomplish what you tried. I was all for it, but thought it was going to be hard.

- Hey there, I've been going to the show since the 9th, wish they would have kept it at the same location for the 25th, but, oh well, a new endeavor. Tipp City is great, I shot some videos and pictures, of course from last yr. Would love to meet up and cruise with some TA friends to Tipp City and around.

- I tried this same Idea last year of haveing a get together and having a show & a cruise but I had so much hate mail from it I just deletedthe blog, members just didn't want to travel or was saying it wouldn't be fare to the others that couldn't make it- hello thats what they make viedeo cameras for !
REV-- Love the Idea & keep me informed if you get something worked out maybe we could do a west coast meet & an east coast or some were in the middle!

- Yea, the airport sign was a good spot, but don't know what the new hotel has to offer.
I am all up for a video, I have the ability and I figure I will have a pilot to drive my bird, so if we can get enough cars to get together, we can get a good show fo sho!!!

- I too have been MIA for a long time on here. I know that TAC and 78ta.com have photoshoots. We used to do those under the airport sign but I don't think we've settled on a place for one this year yet...
A video on the Tipp City cruise would be awesome! We just need to settle on a time.
