About me and my passion for cars

My husband and I are the publishers and editors of Vette Vues Magazine. In May 1997, we purchased the magazine from its founder, Jim Prather. In August 2007, we came out with a 480-page Best of Vette Vues 35thAnniversary Collector Edition book. In October 2009, we acquired the Corvette/Chevy Expo in Houston, Texas. In 2013 we started the Corvette Chevy Expo in Dallas, Texas. My work keeps me very busy, as we attend about 26 shows and auctions a year. I love what I do. When I am not at a show, I love to relax on our boat our just hang out by our pool. At this time, my husband and I own 2 Corvettes, a 2007 Atomic Orange Metallic Convertible and a 2001 Quicksilver Metallic Convertible. We also have 2 Cadillacs, a 1973 Eldorado Pace Car and a 1983 Eldorado Biarritz Convertible. All four are stock with the exception on the Hess & Eisenhardt convertible top on the ’83 Cadillac.

My first car

My first car was a 1966 GTO. Burgundy code "N" with Parchment interior. It was powered by a V8 with a four-barrel carburetor.
