About brentington’s Garage
About me and my passion for cars
For generations in my family the gift of a mechanically inclinded/intriegued mind has been passed down. From a young age, I was always taking junk apart, riggin up stuff, Fixin what i could. So naturally as I grew up, my curiosity of auto-mechanics was sure to set in. For the first couple of years I had an emphatuation with American Muscle. My first love if you will. They sure don't make em like they used to... Yet, at that point I was intrested moreso in the gobbs and gobbs of Power that american muscle was notorious for. I wasn't dead set on any modle of car. I didn't become an enthusiest per-say until one day, my father-figure came home with a 87' 300zx. An Import of all things! The sleek curvature, the potiental that the car could have, the comfortability of the ride, handlng. All of these key factors packed into this little car. It was amazing. The car was suprisingly advanced considering that there wasn't too much from the 80's that was worth a crap. From that day on, i was hooked. Since then, I have aquired my own first Z31 which is an 84' 300zx Aniversery Edition. A lucky/ rare catch, especially for MY first car. I restored some parts, enhanced otheres. Became active in the Z car community. I work at a Z car specialty shop in Dallas. My passion for the car has even taken me to Japan and back, where I still play a semi-active role in their Z-car communtiy. Emphatuation....? eh... maybe... Enthusiest...? Damn Skippy! This is a truley unique family of cars and I am greatful that I have made them a Part of my Life.
My first car
The first car I drove was a 83' Chevy Diesel Pickup Truck... That was a beater n' a half...
Now, getting down to buisness
MY First car is the one that you whitness before you. It was a bone stock 1984 Nissan 300zx Aniverery Edition. needless to say, its come a ways since stock.
My dream car
I have 2 cars that I desire. On an unrealistic note, the Ferrari 360 Spyder is something I'd definatley like to cruise around in. The other one is a 81' Delorean. I know they don't have the looks depatment pegged, but the concept behind them is friggin sweet. I'd even almost consider decking it out like the Back to the Future Car. Which, might I add, was a Bad A$$! Movie
