Got some more work done on my instrument cluster face plate last night. I took my taped off faceplate to the shop and had some plastic filler layed down to fill in the factory striping groove. I made a little sanding block and smoothed the area out. Coming together nicely. I think this will really make the face plate stand out while keepin a little of the factory lines. This whole smoothing the center idea has got me wanting to sand down my dash. That would be a serious task, but would look SSweet once painted and cleared. Hmmm....
