Auto Parts store stealing your $$$

Question ?? What would you do if you found out that one of the biggest auto parts stores was intentionally stealing your money ?? and if you worked for that auto parts store, then what ?? I did work for a store like this and was forced by the division manager to do just that...and when I refused to do it, he set me up and got me fired...Myself and about 11 other employees have tried to report this to corporate head quarters but they never took action, they didn't even respond to our complaints. I found out later that the HR manager was a personal friend of the division manager and had dead-ended the complaints.
At first I thought that this was isolated to just this area but I found out from other managers that its thorough out the company chain of stores...
How it works is like go in to buy parts for your car, lets say you are doing a radiator flush and decide to replace both hoses and the belts and they talk you into a partial you go to pay they tell you that he lower hose is not in stock but they will order it for pay for everything and are told that the hose should be in by the next day. You go home and start working on your car, now the hoses were not bad to begin with but why not change them any finish everything but the lower hose. Now 7 out of 10 will go the next day to get the hose...out of the other 3, two will go within a few days...but one will forget about it for a couple of weeks if not completely...
Some of you will say tough luck it's his lose, others will say that no matter how long it still belongs to him...after all this hose could have cost $26.00 or more.
According to the company, it's not their job to keep track of this nor is it their job to hold on to it. So the division managers instruct the management teams of the stores to complete the transaction when the part comes in and then send it back if it is not picked up with 5 days. What happens to the money ??? They keep it !!! We estimated that this company last year pocketed almost fifty million dollars ( $ 50,000,000.000 ) from it's 3200 stores...
So what would you do ????.........the stores.....AAP.......figure it out....

I don't suppose you can conjure up some evidence and drop some names? This is defiantly something that needs to be stopped. It is poor business practice not to contact the buyer to have the part picked up. A return fee is understandable for items ordered and not picked up but not a 100% fee…I call that theft.

If I paid for it, it should be there whenever I come to pick it up. what's the re-order policy if they have already sent it back? Surely you don't have to buy it again.
