Bad Day for My T/A

Well, it all started when I decided that I wanted to take the car for it's first "road trip." Was cruising around my town minding my own business when my drivers side front wheel FLEW OFF my car. I was doing about 60 when it happened. Scared the Sh** out of me. Next thing I know I'm sliding across the road in front of two lanes of traffic. I didnt do any damage to the cars body, but I need to see what kind of damage it did to the rotor. I will do a full inspection of it in the morning. Was just a little too shook up to do it when the car and i got home.

- I had the same thing happen on my Wrangler, except the rotor went with the wheel and I landed on the lower ball joint. Luckily no body damage and no one hurt.

- Check the whole suspention and where the A-arms connect to the frame so there is no cracks (that killed my -73 450SL)

- I think i saw my life flash before my eyes! If traffic hadn't slowed down, it would have been much worse.

- OMG!!! Glad YOU are OK and glad no damage was done to the body of the car. Hope there isn't much damage to it otherwise either. Good luck with it.
