Heres a question do you vote on your own car, and if you do do you do it honestly like if your car has a smaller motor and less horse power then the other guy you vote performance for his?

- To the last two comments same here, I do vote and when I vote I vote honestly and of course it is subjective, but sometimes I cant figure out how some cars win. one time one of my "friends" e-mailed me to vote on his challange and when I did vote (honestly) he lost and guess what they got mad.... Ge over it, its suposed to be fun!

- I've gotten away from challenges, but when I did do them, I tried to vote honestly. If it looked like my car may be equal in performance, I'd vote for my own, but if it was plain that the other guy had more ponies under the hood, I'd give him that vote. Unfortunately, I lost interest in the challenges when it became obvious that there were too many people voting for their friends or fellow group members, making it impossible to accurately gauge public interest in one car over another.

- I always vote honestly, even when my own car is involved. The way the voting is spread out over three criteria encourages honesty:
Performance (1 point): This is somewhat subjective as people have different ideas of what performance is. For example: you have a '69 Chevelle SS 454 vs a '66 Chevy Corvair Corsa 140. If drag racing is your measure of performance, the Chevelle wins. If handling and going around a track faster figures into the equation, the Corvair wins. So don't expect everyone to always choose the same one...
Style (1 point): This is of course subjective. Pit a '69 Mustang vs. a '78 Trans Am, or two '69 Camaros, one completely stock and one wildly customized, and you'll get different reactions from different people.
Overall (3 points): Here is the big one... all things considered, which one would you want in your garage? It may not be the fastest of the two... or the best looking of the two... maybe you had one as your first car and never forgot it... or one is so historically significant you would do anything to own it... which one stirs your soul?
Above all... remember, challenges are simply meant to be FUN, and let people see lots of cool cars on the site.
