I've come to the conclusion that I just don't have the time or money to play with this toy now. I've decided if I'm going to build a hot-rod I'm going to build the one I REALLY want done. The Nova. I've had it for so long and planned so many things for it but kept putting it off for the right time. I feel it's do or die time. I'm going to return the S-10 back the way it was and just drive it stock and shift my efforts to the Nova! It won't be easy but it will help with my morale. Getting this car done for next year is my goal! I feel if I'm going to work on something it better be something worthwhile! Yes, the S-10 would be cool, but the Nova is higher on the list! So everything I had planned for the truck will be shifted over to the car. All my "extra" time and "extra" money will go toward the Nova. For me it will be much more rewarding! The S-10 is still getting the bodywork done and a new paint-job, but it's going to be the 4.3 under the hood and just jet black paint. Nothing fancy, just nice. It was fine before with 190 H.P. so why do I need a 300 H.P. 350 in it? The Nova deserves the 300 H.P. and a flashy paint-job!
