- this car uses flash programing. there are company out there that make plug in programers for the w-body cars. the only way to remove the limiter (115 mph i think on the 3.4) is to reprogram the computer.

I think what you refer to as a governor is actually an information chip, or a "computer chip". After market performance chips are available for almost all cars. Use discretion where these chips are concerned as to safety, warranty, insurance etc.
