In @ word YES. The only design difference with the 400 is a
larger cylender bore, simeased cylender walls betwean cyl.1&3,
3&5 and 5&7 LEFT SIDE & betwean 2&4, 4&6 and 6&8 RIGHT SIDE. With that being said the block & cylender heads allso have STEAM HOLE'S drilled in them at those locations to compesate for the simeased arcitecture. Allso the STROKE on a 400 CRANK IS LONGER. ~V OBSESSION~
