Probably time for the machine shop. Before storing an engine for any length of time; always change the oil. The combustion process causes engine oil to become acidic. That acidity can cause problems like this. You may also wish to pre-oil the engine after sitting for a long period of time. You said it had 150K - you got your monies worth.

Very hard to tell by just looking at photos, but I would start by having crank mic'ed. Take measures from there. If it don't need to be turned, at least have it polished and install appropriate bearings. Change oil more often.
