Photos and details on the vinyl softtop fabrication. My wife and I completed the entire fabrication ourselves. I fabricated the aluminum frame using the metal former at work, and the wife stitched together the vinyl using her sewing machine. Still a few problems to address ( no rain gutter - will use a beaded whelt to send water forward and backward instead of over the side ), but it has done a great job so far, even at 100+ MPH.
