San Diego, California
1967 Ford Mustang deluxe
1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28
Head to Head
Bought the car in 1991 and my husband restored it from ground up. Had it repainted in 2010 after hitting a deer with it. Just finished the interior and she is ready to roll. She is a 390/ C6 Restomod with deluxe interior. Drive her back and forth to work even if the gas is up to $4. Too much fun not to. No trailer queen here! ;-)
About “Beater Bee”
I started with a 1977 with a race engine, but because of smog in CA I had to go find a 1970 to drop my engine in... the 77 still sits in the driveway, one day some friends decided to surprise me with adding the red mustang stripes... now it just looks down right evil... specially because the inside is all exposed metal and the black 10-point cage, I just recently made it yellow and the black stripes go on soon
