About “Dominique”
This was my grandmother's car that I acquired in 2008. She didn't really take care of it but it was garage kept, so it stayed away from any hard deterioration. I take care of it to the best of my ability, keeping it shiny and intact. I hit a deer in 2010 and paid $2,000 to have most of the front replaced by a local company that knew my family. She also had a factory defect involving the camshaft that caused her to break down twice, but that has since been resolved (to my knowledge). And as of May 2013, I have a freshly rebuilt transmission!

The 1985-'88 Chevy Nova was the first vehicle built by New United Motors Manufacturing (NUMMI) formed by GM and Toyota. The NUMMI factory was rated the highest quality US assembly plant; '85-'88 Chevy Nova was rated higher quality than its '89 Geo Prism replacement.
