   Driving in Houston and got nailed by this south of the border guy....
   
   Man it took every ounce of restraint from choking him to death.
   
   He drove away even after he was ticketed for no drivers licence, no insurance and causing an accident.

   That really sucks! You need what we have up here in Philly, "Live Stop", if they pull you over for any reason and every piece of paper isn't in order they tow you on the spot!

   Damn sorry to see this happen to you or anyone. Here in La they take the plates off the car, arrest the driver and impound it. Man I'm gonna be sick.
