i have tried to use differnt washes and waxes but the best one that i have found to use on my 01 ss is mcguires gold car wash and wax and i also tried the nxt wax from mcguire and it works great. i also use the quick exterior and interior detailer, leather conditioner, and tire shine from mcguire and the shine never fails. -

I totally agree on the Meguires products. The quick detailer both interior and exterior are excellent. The only problem is most of there waxes found in your local auto parts stores aren't stackable. Meaning that you can't bond 2 coats together. It won't do any good to put more one coat on at a time. If you haven't been to the Meguires web site, it is a must to do and check out all there products. This is the only brand I use other than a couple of items from the Adams line. These are top quality products. I know I have tested EVERYTHING, well almost everything. 10 years plus a few grand equals belive me when I say this company takes keeping a car clean to a new level.Monica Velarde

Agree on Meguiars! The only stuff I use. If you use all 4 steps it takes a while - but so well worth it. -

Griots Speed Shine is like pure magic for wiping off bugs and bird crap. I always take it with me to a car show and wipe down the car with it.Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car. Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far you take the wall with you.
