   In the channel/user list on the right it would be nice to have another list item on the dropdown that appears when you click the user's name to open the user's profile in a new window.
   
   I heard that the current chat app is a 3rd party app and that a custom one may be developed so I want to also list what I like about the current app. When a user selects a text color there user name also takes that color. The "here/busy/away" options and that they are displayed next to the user name.
