I have a quick question to the Motortopia legal department:

Are the images uploaded to motortopia copyrighted by motortopia? On every image uploaded the motortopia "proof" is placed on them. I'm just wondering if that means that they are copyrighted along with the rest of the website?

I have an issue where an individual has downloaded an image of my car from this website and is now selling two different T-shirts on ebay . Those shirts use the image of my car without first getting my permission and presumably the permission from motortopia as well.

I am trying to determine if the image would be considered public domain or copyrighted by motortopia.

I know it was downloaded from this website because it is the only website I have uploaded pictures of my car.

If all images are copyrighted, I can contact ebay and force the seller to stop selling the T-shirts and if motortopia wishes to assist me, send a letter of cease and desist to the person selling the shirts.

    Thank you.

No answers? I'm disappointed that I can't get any answer from the staff.
