I have never been one to complain but I find the new"video ads" very annoying
I mute my volume and then when I go to watch a video that has been posted..I have no sound, I turn the mute off and.....
here it goes again. I understand that you guys have to make money from advertizers but please consider us. Thanks. 1979 Trans Am Y84 Black & Gold SE

It may be just be my settings on this computer, but everytime I switch pages to a page that has the "spike" video ad it starts the video with full sound and as I stated before the only way to stop it from sounding off at each page is to mute my sound. Am I the only one having this problem ?1979 Trans Am Y84 Black & Gold SE

I AGREE, I can't visit motortopia at work if it's going to be blasting video at me.

Hi Guys. Thanks for the heads up. We work with various ad networks and some of them send over things that they aren't supposed to...we're working on getting those eliminated.
Keep us posted, please.

this site has way to many advertisements flying from the left and right and top of the screen and it interups the scrolling of the page and i also know you guys gotta make money off the site but this makes me not even want to visit if i have to fight with the page just to see whats going on

I agree, some of these advertisments (especially the one's at the top) just slow down your computer's performance. I have a brand new computer and yet whenever I come to Motortopia, it slows down which makes it very annoying.
We all know and understand that you need to advertise to keep this up and running, but maybe there is a way to not make them move or scroll.
