   Every week I see the comment "had to pass up some cool pictures due to incomplete garages" in the cool ride of the week introduction. Can anyone tell me what that means? Is my garage incomplete? How would I know?

   CAN ANYONE HELP US OUT HERE! I see a lot of exception cars on here that never show up as Cool Ride. Maybe this is just my taste in cars or maybe there is an easy garage fix for us folk that may not be in compliance!
