I have a 2002 Stratus 4-door. It has power windows and locks. I need to know how to remove the power window switch cluster. I want to make sure I don't break any of the plastic interior pieces. -

Well, cant help you on how to remove the power window switch cluster.
But, if i was in your situation I would replace my old switch with the AC Delco Window Switch then send it in any car shop and let them do the installing part of the switch if you don't know how to.

just follow this easy steps:
1
Inspect fuse box for blown fuses. Fuse box locations can be found in the vehicle owner's manual.
2
Remove the door panel by unclipping the handles and switches with a screw driver.
3
Locate power window switch.
4
Remove power window switch from the door panel.
5
Install new power window switch into the door panel.
6
Reconnect power window switch.
7
Reinstall door panel and power windows should be operative.
