We all have our hopes dreams and ambitions. What cars do you like the most and why?

I like the cars that are fast, nimble, roadable/reliable, and fairly affordable (25-35k USD.) Many cars fall into this category. One that stands out is the new BMW 1 Series, coming out early spring of 2008. It will pack in the 6-cylinder twin turbo currently in the 335i but 300 lbs lighter. It should be one of the fastest (and tunable) setups coming off the production line, contending with it's own M series! It's estimated 0-60 is around 4.5 seconds, with a quarter mile time in the low 13s. With a simple mod chip, a 4 second 0-60 is in site! The mileage should be around 30mpg on the highway, and with all new BMW's, 4 years of free oil changes/maintenance comes standard.

At what cost? Estimates are around 35k for all the bells and whistles! This is one great looking car and for the price, it seems almost too good to pass up! Will this be the new contender for the bang-for-buck tuner car? (think Subaru WRX STi and Mitsubishi Lancer Evo.)

What are your favorite cars, and why?

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car. Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far you take the wall with you.
