my 97 ford escort heat was working fine about 2 months , then every now and then the air would turn off , you can still feel heat coming out just no air blowing, but it normally came on in a day or two..it turned off about 3 weeks ago hasn't came back on, the heat still comes out but no air, wanted to see if you think it might be the blower motor? if so is it hard to replace. Thanks

Before you go and replace the blower motor check to see tat you have a good voltage supply going to the motor. Next check the resistor to make sure its not burnt out. If the motor was not making noise and blowing at speed before I suspect a power supply problem. Also is the fuse blown?If it ain't broke tear it apart and see how it works

Could be the switch or (and I am not sure if escorts had one) the relay. -
