I have been looking for years on any customer interior idea's for upgradeing my 1998 Trans Am and find very few out there. I like the show and go, no trailer queen, drag race, but not all out comp., some thing that fits it's gold/red comp. look. I spent 3 years looking and waiting for the strip idea before I had it put on and very pleased with it and get good comments on it. I do not want to over do, just update to something that fits it classy look, any ideas would be apprecated. Please check out my site for some pic's (jebfastlane). The need for is growing and spring is time to bring out the BARR"S AM for the shake down run, hope all of you are ready as I am.

i don't know if you have come up with something yet but heres an idea. if you still have the stock trans am seats have them customized. i would do the center of the seat red almost like the new gto. then have the outer stiching done with a gold double stich. then maybe have a gold bird stiched into the front head rest. or you could have WS stiched in gold and 6 done in red. just a thought.
Racing is only done on tracks. Anything done on the street is for your ego not for sport.

Subtlty is your friend.
The leather in them is pretty cheap, a custom leather , dyed as the other poster mentioned, would be a nice upgrade. With you color, you could even go natural leather with a heavy, red contrasted stitching.
Look at TVR's, Porsches, Ferraris -

i agree. and as far as the seats go that's exactly what i'm having done with mine. (they will be red and black with a red dragon embroidered on the headrest)dragon_chick_99

I have that Charcoal gray interior, I am going to have to change out the whole interior if I go this route. I am looking for something that goes with the charcoal, getting some color swatches from a vendor.
