This is just for your info. This is not an official Bandit Run event but on Friday night there is a group of us getting together and having dinner at the Biergarten restaurant at the Epcot Germany Pavilion. (This would require you to have park admission.) So far there are at least 20 of us that have reservations to go there at around 7 pm. If you want to go, you would need to make your own reservations for this.(The tables there hold 8 people. If there are less than 8 they will seat you with other guests. This is exactly how they do it when you eat in Germany.) You can make reservations online or by calling 407-wdw-dine.I guarantee if you do not make reservations in advance you will not be able to decide to do it once you get there. They will be sold out. This meal is of course pricey (all meals at disney are. I think it is somewhere around $34 a person. It is an all you can eat feast similar to Oktoberfest.

After dinner, we are taking the boat over to the Boardwalk area. There are street performers, a dance club, bars, etc. over there. So even if you don't want to do dinner, you could meet up with us over at the boardwalk. (no park admission needed to do that.) You can take disney transportation over there so you don't have to move your car. As we get closer to the event, I will give y'all a tutorial on how to get around Disney. For those of you who have been there you know what to do but I have been getting lots of questions from people who will be 1st timers.

I spoke with Dennis and we will definitely go with ya'll to the Biergarten Restaurant. I know that Loon and Tinman have signed up already... Cat?, Bri?, Stan?, anyone else?

Sounds like a lot of fun!! We are in....just made reservations for me and my sister Kristin

We planned on spending the day at Epcot visiting every country anyway. Lets hope we're in good shape to meet you all at 7pm!

Glad you are joining us Ron. You had a table for 8 so not sure who else might want to sit with ya'll.. As far as I know, there are 5 seats available at your table. I've got 2 tables of 8. Mark and I, Tonya and Wayne, Loon, Tyler and Lisa, Joni, James, Debra and guest, Bill and guest, Ric and Lori and Robert and guest. (someone has to move over to your table cause I had 17 folks and 16 seats) Anyway including you and Dennis 19 of our 24 total seats are accounted for. Cat and her sister could cancel their reservation and move to your table if they wanted to since you have extra seats. Don't think it really matters which ones of us end up sitting together as long as we don't get more people than seats, lol. My reservation for 16 is at 7pm and your reservation for 8 is at 7:10. We need to be there at least 15 minutes before our reserved time. They will not seat us until everyone is there so everyone has to be on time. So bottom line Ron, You can auction off 5 seats.

Christie Jo and I are problably only going to have time to do Epcot so this sounds like a perfect way to cap off the evening! Looking forward to the bier.....

James, did you make your own reservations or are you trying for seats at JWF's table? I know we have been getting some requests to join and I haven't talked to Ron to see if he has promised them yet or not. We may need someone to book another table for 8. I can't get anymore seats in my name. I'm maxed out at 16. This started out just Mark and I wanting to have dinner there. We really enjoy eating at the Biergarten.(great food, beer, and atmosphere) I am really happy that so many folks are joining us. I just want to make sure we are covered by enough seat reservations.
