Ok. Here goes. I am going to throw myself 'under the bus' so to speak : but on the 09 Run when we went on the 'Tail of the Dragon', everything started out fine. But as it went along, I started feeling sick. I have never been car sick before. Ever! Anyway, I tried slowing up a bit, but then I just started feeling like I was in the way. I couldn't keep up with Chris and other TAs were right on my tail! I kept feeling worse and worse to the point my hands went numb and my arms were 'tingling'. I got to the point where I became concerned about my ability the control the Girlfriend and there are a lot of places with no guard rail. So, yes.... I pulled over and stopped because I got sick on the Dragon's Tail
And Bob, Chris and Shawn have never let me forget
Still, it was better to stop than wreck!

Unless we give loon some Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine, Driminate, Gravol, Gravamin, Vomex, and Vertirosan)!
I don't like the sound of some of those brand names... namely Vomex.

I didn't throw up!! I got dizzy
and lost feeling in my extremities!
A 1LE exerts more G-forces on the driver than an F-16!

Vomex could have prevented that.
But the name of it may have made you sick anyway.

I only followed Tinman a couple of times on the run but it seemed like when ever my car and the HABU machine got close, the breaks would be needed! The first time we were just getting off a highway heading towards a lunch stop and the end of the off ramp came up faster than either of us expected. My car stopped just a couple feet at most from his rear bumper and I remember other runners barely stopping in time almost in the ditch on both sides. The second time we were on our way to the auto museum and some little toyota just slammed his breaks right in front of him! His T/A was completely sidways, breaks locked! I think Kevin, who was riding with him, was still shook up when we got to our destination.keep it easy

That ain't good. You'll have to stay away from the HABU machine!
The new runners will understand once they get on the run this year. That is if Tinman brings the '76.
