We wiil be at Branson for the start but won't be able to do the run to Atlanta. You may remember me from last year at Atlanta (Year One Experience) I had my 2 sons with me in my 1979 Y84 SE...This year my 16 year old daughter is going with me. But she has to be back for her last week of school (Finals)
I may see you on Monday on your way to Hot Springs, as I live near Russellville. See you there!

Banditgirl and I are going the whole route..
Both from KY now...
I will be a 3 time runner.. she will be a 2 time runner.. lol.
Figured after 2 runs, its time to give Silver Streak (my 02 WS6) a rest and go with the Wife's 78 Gold TA.
We are desperately getting her 78 road worthy for the run and its well on its way now.. we overcame our biggest projected hurdle this weekend... so we'll see.

I'm a little behind schedule and am needing to get an accurate diagnosis on the differential on the '76 (I'm getting conflicting information)...I'm betting it still needs a new ring and pinion. I'm not sure if I'll get the new exhaust system installed, but working on it--not a deal breaker for me.
I'll be coming from the Dallas area and plan on doing the entire run. Didn't make the first year but was on the 2008 trip.

69 white & blue Firebird
75 Silver TA
85 Red TA
92 Green Convertible TA
00 Black ws6 TA
oh yea Basket case 81 TA (new project will eventually be Black)
Did the original out of Birmingham with JWF. Just missed gettin hit by a flying t-top. Last year caught up with the run in Bristol with 2 Non TA runners ( cutlasses) I know someone who'll love that. And this year Lord willin going with JWF to the start of the 09 run in Branson... I am seriously getting geeked for this year's run. No help from JWF on that score! By the way both runs were worth the price of admission! On both runs started with my ol faithful 75 TA. wound up with the 2000 ws6 over at Road Atlanta for various reasons both years !
The new acquisition is to get to do a parade lap with the SE's next year!Ponchofreek
