Hey all...
One of the 'Dave's' here....
Does anyone plan to bring a vehicle other than a TA to the run? I've seen a lot of talk about a Kenworth replica..maybe a Buford T Justice sheriff car, etc. Just wondering if any of that is going to become reality. We are planning to shoot the run in beautiful hi-def for a possible TV show...so I'd like to know what's gonna show! Thx and can't wait to meet all of you!

It would be awesome to see the Kenworth pulling into Texarkana (the movie Texarkana) in real life. WOW!!! I hope it works out and we can get that on film during the movie location tour on Sunday. TylerGod Bless, Tyler

Is this event open to all types of cars? I have a 4th GEN RED Camaro, and would love to come down and play with you guys on the back roads..."OL' TIME ROCK N' ROLLER ON BOARD"

Very cool car...obviously, there will be a lot of Trans Ams there to celebrate the car that was in the Smokey and the Bandit movies...but of course, anyone and everyone is welcome, as long as they are there to help celebrate the movie that made many of us smile and laugh. The TV crews may choose to focus on the Trans Ams....and more specifically, the Bandit-style ones...since that's the theme of the event....but the more we have participate, the better!David and Lori Hershey

Wife is on vacation the week of the run, she enjoys a good road trip. We will be in our bird, hopefully with the tops out.

While I don't have one of the Bandit Trans Ams, I will be bringing my Collector Edition Trans Am. There is no way I could pass on brining the Last Trans Am to this event! I don't care what they focus on, I just want to run.MEWOW
