There is a 40,000 mile LS motor in a 30th anniversary on Jackson, MS. craigslist
Ought to put it in the 81 as my harmonic balancer is busted....and they dont have any available that I can find new
buy the LS1 for a future project...
Find a used HBalancer and have a shop check it for cracks and then balance it... it'll be almost good as a new one. "Ready to Roll Roy?"

Aftermarket balancers are way better. Unless you have a collector car that you don't want to have aftermarket parts on it.How's this thing go back together???
