GEEZ! the 81 Y84 is in the shop for an oil leak and hopefully and A/C charge, the 79 is back in the paint shop to fix/finish a few places. I am thinking it just may be easier to buy another car for the run, this is cutting it closer than ever before and still not much of any road testing done and hope one or the other will be ready and road worthy.

I guess I could rent one of those new Camaro's. Then when you here "look at all those Camaros", at least they will be right on the one eyebrow image

Any day above ground is a GOOD day!!!

No worries mate... to borrow a line from FOXY. biggrin image Heck, that's half the fun of running 35 YO cars on a 2500 mile trip! wink image

I've had the AC pumped, dried, sealed, and gased... new carboratore' (since Little Red TA has never idled worth a cuss)... new thermostatodore' and rad flush... should be ready to go... but eek image I have the front end to get painted (where I hit the coyote... and the driver's window to get adjusted and then... get new rotors put on the front to stop the shimmieieieie.

Then... bring it on BR 2012. yall READY TO ROLL ???

Ready to Roll is easy when you know there will be enough good mechanics around to keep almost anything runnin' for a week----with a two night stop we could build a car from scratch.

lmao image rotfl image rotfl image

Maybe we should do that for charity one year...

Ponchofreek, you bring a basket case on a frame.

GTOStan, you and pam bring a left front fender.

Loon could bring the other fender... Marksta could bring a nose of his choice.

I'll bring an engine... that runs and a transmission that works...

Chum, you bring a rear end - Leon, bring a driver's seat...

See, we could go down the list and make it happen!

Now, what would we call it? scratchchin image

It'd have to have a nickname! yes image

      Suggestions for a name?!?!?!
