I have been getting phone calls from people who want to dress as other characters for the contest. Also, non Bandit Runners who want to join in.
To clarify:
The contest is open to all-you do not have to be registered for the Bandit Run to enter the contest.
They have increased the character list from Bandit, Snowman, Buford, Frog and Fred and will now include Big Enos, Little Enos and Junior. However, they are still giving out only 5 trophies. They will be given to the 5 best Smokey and the Bandit costumes from the above characters.
So if you want to break out those leisure suits, it's OK.
