I am just above you in Madison. I would like to time the pass through Jackson and run over to Vicksburg with the group but may have to be a the Riverwalk earlier, we will see. How about an escort from Jackson to Vicksburg by The Patriot Guard? I know some of the bikers and they have shown interest in escorting the Snowman rig through to Vicksburg. Just don't let Wayne (Snowman) run the bikes over in the parking lot.

I just do not have enough vacation time. I can get to vicksburg by ~6:30, to try and meet/visit and admire some cars but i have to work friday so i can not stay (great rate too). I just wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to meet some of you guys before the following week when i join the run thur and fri. thanks so much for the reply because i could not find any info on yalls stop in V'burg anywhere else. thansk again and i hope to see some of yall thursday evening.

The Patriot Guard escort to Vicksburg is confirmed. If you are not familiar with the Patriot Guard, they are an organization who provide support/escorts to our military casualties and requested veteran funerals. They also are the ones who stand between the families and any group who protest and picket at military funerals. http://www.patriotguard.org/

I need to clarify that riders from the Patriot Guard are escorting along with possible other riders from another group. The escort does not qualify as an officially authorized escort by The Patriot Guard Riders, but we know that the spirit of The Patriot Guard will be with us to escort the Snowman Rig and The Wounded Warrior Project.

Good lord!!!!!!!!! 5 miles from my house....what time do expect to be at flyin J?? is it just a gas stop and then back on the road? (ooops) i mean a stop for some go-go juice!

Excellent question Jeff-I am not sure.It all depends on when we roll out of Atlanta. I am going to estimate we should get there between one and two. It depends on how many stops we make. Sorry I can't be more specific. We don't plan to be there long. Just a pit stop to pick up more members of our convoy.
