last year, right after the run, I went down to florida for work. on the drive back my friend and I got stuck in traffic mid south carolina... black car, black interior, no ac and not a breeze for a couple hours. being from maine, I dont think I have ever experienced such a rolling sauna!
That's where the 2-60 isn't applicable 'cause if you can't run 60 mph, the 2 windows down don't help very much!

Ahhhh, so a car without A/C is considered a "race car"?
I guess I have myself a race car then!
I hope we don't get stuck in traffic, but I bought two fans that plug into the cig lighter...just in case! Hey, these things are pretty powerful! Nothing like moving around hot and humid air! LOL

I got the AC charged and a new compressor put on Blue for the run last year, then lost the Freon 12. Recharged this year with the leaks plugged but the clutch is overheating. Will have to get the clutch (under warranty) replaced before the run!
Still alot of work to do... not as much as Mark though! Go Mark! Go Mark!

Same here! Still a lot of work to do. Just got the rear end in, but now if this rain would stop, maybe Frank can get the brakes done and then test drive it with the new gears!
Too close for comfort if you ask me.
