I got my neoprene valve cover gasketoids on the 403 in the Little Red TA yesterday and stretched 'er out going up GA400 a bit late yesterday. Twas fun to get 'er out again after a couple of months...

Nah, Ron,
The motor is still in front of the car. Hope to have it in in a couple days. Then off to my tuners shop.
Then put some miles on her to shake her down.Keep on Pontiyakkin'

AAaaahhhiittte. I've got "blue' going back for another Moroso neoprene seal again on the oil pan... we've vented the covers and may change the tran to an overdrive unit if the funding holds out. Still not sure which car to drive... thankful to have 2 to choose from...

Hey Ron, what type of oil pan seal? moroso? is it that one piece deal? ya the regal is not the actual car, but mine looks just like it,same Black D-window rims, is "dollarbill" not doing BR?

Yeah, it's a long story about the oil pan change on 'blue'. I'll get into it later with ya...
not sure about Bill. His company has gotten really busy again (which is a good thing) and he was hoping his son in the Navy could join him...which doesn't look like is going to work out so they may join us along the route in the middle of the following week. In the meantime, looks like Dennis and I will be leaving for the big TEX... on Friday, May 11 but not sure what time yet.
Hope your wife's family is doing ok.

Hey Shaker... Found heater control surround thru Bill's compadre(mine too) William B, Heard some interesting stories ( not repeatable here) but will discuss in person. Still bummed DB isnt rolling out with us, Maybe we can talk him and Little D into rolling out to Birmingham,( Gotta work on Kimmy for that to happen for Little D) Paint rearranged and postponed for 2 weeks New painter and new schedule). I have to admit getting VERY anxious! Chum , I'll let you know when it rolls up to G&S for the unveiling! At least it is getting closer! Already thinking about the next project! Meanwhile back to work on set! I will get in touch about run to car show as car completion and production end gets closer!Ponchofreek

10-4. I did get to run to Tifton this weekend to take Alena to an Eric Church / B. Gilbert concert in Tallahassee with Friends. '79 ran well down to Tifton... kept on hi 7's & 8 all the way down. She used 15 gals on 233 miles and hadn't been driven on the highway in a few months so she did pretty well. Great road car.... like Chumbrother says... they run south and back real well.
Let me know if Tiftarea Car Club is a possibility next month... (4/21) and we'll test the other cars out!
