looking for some help on an engine swap on a 1956 studebaker commander, I have a 350 chevy motor to drop in however, the motor mounts on the stude are in the front compared to the chevy which is about mid way back, anyone who has done this type of swap any info would be greatly appreaciated.

You can use the front mounted motor mount like they used in the early fords & chevys, ever seen that? They sell it everywhere. JC Whitney has them in there catalog. wink image
