- Description: 1968 Chevelle Malibu, completely stock original, 327 250 Horsepower, Saginaw 4 speed (with original Muncie shifter), 3:08 10 bolt posi. Original ash gold paint with perfect ash gold bucket seat interior. If I remember corrctly this car had something like 40,000 miles on it when I bought it.
Unfortunatley, this car saw some real 16 year old knuckle-head punishment. Thank the Lord above I didn't kill myself in it. But it taught me how to drive and saw alot of good times. I didn't wreck it or anything like that, but the 327 was tired when I sold the car. I also blew up the Saginaw and changed to a Muncie M20 with a Competion plus, man that made a big difference. It saw a lot of street racing duty and won it's fair share as well as lost, but that's the way it was back then. I didn't hit the big league until the 69 Camaro entered the picture, but that was several years away.
But it was a nice car for 16 year old kid in high school. - By: 66hardtop
