The Austin, Tx., based team of Sconci, Angell and driver George Cox fielded this Don Hardy built, Ed Pink powered “Banzai” Charger in ’72. Car traced it’s lineage back to Banzai T/F cars that ran the Texas Pro Fuel Circuit through the late 60’s/early 70’s. Car was Cox’s 2nd car. The car was also campaigned by Kenny Bernstein in TX.
